AKM Shipping is posting this job on behalf of DataEase outsourcing solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Executive to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer relations and a working knowledge of freight forwarding.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customers.
- Build strong relationships and maintain partnerships.
- Quote freight requirements, track shipments, and provide reports.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years of experience, MS Office proficiency.
