Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage patient flow to minimize wait times.
- Generate and maintain patient records in the Hospital Management System (HMS).
- Handle billing, payments, and maintain cash register.
- Coordinate communication between doctors, departments, and labs.
- Provide excellent customer service for queries and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with NABH protocols and track promotional materials.
