Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and efficient Non-Voice Process Executives to join our team at Seneca Global. Responsibilities include handling back-end operations, email/chat support, data entry, and documentation management. This role requires strong written communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via email or chat.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Perform data entry and validation.
- Resolve issues in collaboration with other departments.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years. Freshers welcome. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹19,165.49 – ₹46,408.80 per month. Work Location: In person.
