Job Description
Reliassure Insurance Brokers Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Company Secretary to manage various corporate tasks. Responsibilities include:
- Annual filings including XBRL and LLP form submissions
- Handling name change processes and amendments to MOA/AOA
- Facilitating the conversion of LLP into Private or Public Limited Companies
- Conducting Secretarial Audits and related documentation
- Holding Board Meetings and AGMs in compliance with regulations
- Drafting minutes and preparing Board Reports
- Incorporation of Private Limited Companies, Public Limited Companies, LLPs, and Trusts
- Dematerialization of shares and related procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,00.00 – ₹130,00.00 per month
Benefits: Flexible schedule, Provident Fund
Experience Required: 3 years in LODR regulations
