Job Description
Join our team as a client-facing consultant in BSS, focusing on Billing (BRM), CRM, and SSM transformation programs for Tier-1 telecom operators. You will be engaged in the entire delivery lifecycle, including discovery, solutioning, design, agile delivery, UAT, and change enablement.
Your responsibilities will include conducting business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering for systems like Billing & Charging (e.g., Oracle BRM, Amdocs, Netcracker), Order Management, CRM, and Subscription Management.
