Job Description
Upsilon Network is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with an attractive salary ranging from ₹15,00 to ₹20,00 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Assist with tasks related to our retail operations.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail customer management.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
