Job Description
Location: Palarivattom, Ernakulam
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent
Xylem Learning is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Academic Counsellors to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will guide students and parents through educational choices while promoting our programs. Your responsibilities include making outbound calls, understanding students’ needs, explaining course details, and achieving enrollment targets.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree. Previous experience in academic counselling is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and self-motivation are essential.
Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month with benefits including paid sick time and Provident Fund.
