Job Description
MedPlus Health Services Limited is seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team. Responsibilities include greeting customers, addressing inquiries, managing prescription data, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations. Assistance with inventory management and handling cash transactions is also required.
Requirements: Minimum SSLC, fluent in Malayalam and English. Candidates with a 2-wheeler license and willing to commute to Kumbanad, Kurisumoodu, or Konni preferred. Males are preferred, but females for home deliveries are encouraged to apply.
Salary: Up to ₹22,800.00 per month with benefits.
