Job Description
As a Help Desk Technician, you will manage help desk tickets, provide solutions for technical issues, and create training manuals.
Respond to customer inquiries via texts, emails, and calls while documenting technical issues. Attend training sessions to stay updated with the best practices in customer service.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available for freshers. Salary ranges from ₹12,00.00 to ₹37,00.00 per month.
