Job Description
Finecons Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated IT Desktop Support professional to join our team. Responsibilities include email configuration, installation and troubleshooting of O365 and Windows OS, and hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and more. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Technical Support team to manage customer inquiries, resolve software and technical issues through phone, chat, and email effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday. Work location: In person.
