Job Description
Xylem Learning is seeking dynamic and results-driven Academic Counsellors to join our sales team. In this role, you will blend academic guidance with inside sales, assisting students and parents in making informed educational choices. Your primary responsibilities include making outbound calls, understanding student needs, explaining course offerings, and converting leads into admissions.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and experience in academic counselling or educational services is a plus. Key skills needed are excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and goal-oriented motivation.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher | Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month | Language: Tamil (Required)
