Job Description
Join our team at VGreen Technology Solutions (VGreenTEK) as an Amazon Connect Developer! This is a 100% remote, short-term contract role with a budget of 40K PM.
We are looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Connect setup and administration. Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, S3, CloudWatch, and DynamoDB is essential. You should also have experience in contact flow design, queue management, and call analytics.
Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, or Python is required, and familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other CRM integration will be an advantage.
