Key responsibilities include raising alerts for appropriate action, liaising with stakeholders for query resolutions, and sending rejection letters to customers. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
