Job Description
Exponent IT Training & Services is seeking a dedicated Training and Placement Officer to enhance our recruitment initiatives and student career development. Responsibilities include building industry relationships, organizing recruitment drives, and mentoring students.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree, 4-5 years in HR/Recruitment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
