Loanitol is seeking a proactive Customer Support Executive to manage leads and provide exceptional service to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead Management: Adding leads and creating profiles.
• Customer Communication: Explaining services and managing document requests.
• Document Management: Organizing and uploading documents.
• Analysis & Report Management: Analyzing CIBIL reports.
• Bank Coordination: Updating banks during login processes.
• Data Management: Keeping profile updates current.

Job Type: Full-time, Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹18,00/month, with benefits.
