Job Description
Join Electroweb Solution as a Chat Support Executive! Your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Support: Assist customers via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Communication: Engage customers in a friendly manner, providing product information and solutions.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups.
- Documentation: Record customer interactions and update our CRM system.
- Performance Metrics: Meet quality targets for response times and customer satisfaction.
Eligibility: Age 18-32; Freshers only.
Salary: ₹19,038.72 – ₹34,337.67 per month.
Work Schedule: Flexible shifts available (Day, Morning, Night, Weekend).
