Job Description
Join Preludesys as an Executive – TA (Staffing) and play a pivotal role in sourcing IT talent for contract roles. You will engage in:
- Identifying suitable candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and various job portals.
- Conducting initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ technical and behavioral fit.
- Coordinating interviews, providing feedback, and ensuring timely closures.
- Crafting engaging job descriptions to attract qualified talent.
- Building a pipeline for recurring IT roles and maintaining a recruitment tracker.
- Managing offers, documentation, and onboarding processes.
We require 1+ years of experience in IT Contract Staffing, strong sourcing skills, and familiarity with recruitment tools.
