Your responsibilities include resolving customer queries on policy coverage and health claim processes, facilitating claims submission and tracking via our claims app, and coordinating necessary documentation. Good English communication skills are essential, and you will be required to travel twice a week to address customer questions.
This full-time position is located in Delhi and Mumbai and offers a salary between ₹18,00.00 – ₹23,00.00 per month. Candidates must possess a graduation degree and 2 years of experience in the Health Insurance industry.
