Office Time: 10 PM – 7 PM
We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee and optimize factory operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. In this role, you will manage a workforce of 25 to 50 workers while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Your responsibilities will include implementing quality control processes, monitoring production metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. You’ll lead and motivate the factory team, manage labor resources effectively, and drive growth in an ethical manner.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
