Job Description
Pegasus EduSolutions is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will input financial data, process invoices, and ensure timely collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update invoices and transactions in the accounting system.
- Process payments via checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in accounts receivable or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
