We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Controller to oversee the supervision of the Receiving Clerk, manage Food and Beverage requisitions, and prepare sales analyses and standard recipe costing.
Your role will involve ensuring efficient operations in Cost Control and Store rooms while assisting management in minimizing food, beverage, and supply costs.
