Job Description
Join our team at Social Recruit as a Front Desk Associate! In this role, you will greet and assist customers in our showroom, providing them with valuable product insights and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and recommend suitable products.
- Maintain knowledge of product features and pricing.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Keep the showroom organized and appealing.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of retail/sales experience preferred; freshers welcome.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
