As a Customer Service Associate, you will:
- Handle guest queries via chat and phone.
- Coordinate check-ins and collaborate with internal teams.
- Close inbound sales inquiries.
- Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience.
Requirements:
- Good English (spoken & written).
- Basic computer & MS Office skills.
- A friendly demeanor and eagerness to learn.
- Residence along Mumbai’s Western Line (up to Bhayandar).
Salary: ₹10,00 – ₹25,00 per month. Schedule: Rotational shifts.
