Ideal candidates should have a technical background (BE/B.Tech/BCA/BSc IT) with 2-5 years of experience in recruitment. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a go-getter attitude. A good knowledge of IT technologies is essential.
