Job Description
Atidan Technologies is seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates for the M365 Admin Trainee position in Mumbai. Ideal candidates should have excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Responsibilities include service desk duties, server and network monitoring, troubleshooting, and basic application support.
Shift timings: 11 AM – 8 PM (transitioning to 6 PM – 3 AM IST). Candidates with an IT background and knowledge of MS Exchange and Active Directory are preferred. A degree in Computer Science or related fields with a minimum of 75% in academic examinations is required.
