Paranjape Schemes (Construction) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated CRM Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for raising demands, collecting funds, and maintaining relationships with customers.
Your key tasks will include visiting banks and customer homes for collections, managing customer life cycle, and providing assistance with bank loans and property registrations. You will also need to handle cancellations and ensure timely follow-ups with customers on overdue amounts.
