Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Explain company’s products to customers.
- Generate orders and inquiries from customers.
- Handle allocated customers through phone calls.
- Solve queries and inquiries for all allocated customers.
- Exhibit strong negotiation skills.
- Coordinate internally to ensure top customer service.
Candidate Profile: We seek candidates from a product handling background, particularly with experience in printing or packing industries including estimation, costing, and customer support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
Work Location: In person, Day shift
