Job Description
Job Description – International Voice Process (US Healthcare)
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls for international customers.
- Understand and resolve customer queries effectively via voice.
- Deliver excellent service with clear and professional communication.
- Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Work in rotational night shifts (5 days a week with 2 rotational offs).
Requirements: Minimum six months of experience in International BPO, preferably in US processes.
Location: Bangalore (Immediate Requirement)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹21,200.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
