We are Pattern, seeking a detail-oriented and organized CRM Assistant to support our email and SMS marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a basic understanding of CRM tools and demonstrate high attention to detail, alongside the ability to develop insightful reports.
Key Responsibilities: Execute CRM campaigns, design emails with Klaviyo, ensure adherence to brand guidelines, provide client support, and generate basic reports.
