Job Description
Join our team at Bombay Surgical Co as a Customer Support Executive! You will attend phone and video calls from 10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. A strong understanding of our products is essential as you will provide solutions for service center calls.
Basic Excel skills are required for logging complaints daily and reporting them to the Quality Manager. Knowledge of car audio systems and electronics is a must. We offer basic product training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
