Job Description
AEC Studies Private Limited is seeking a proactive Front Office Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming phone calls professionally and accurately, taking necessary details.
- Handle appointments, maintaining calendars and notifying relevant staff.
- Ensure visitor management maintains security and comfort for guests.
- Provide clerical and administrative support, including data entry and managing office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and requests promptly.
- Act as a communication liaison between clients and internal staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
