Job Description
ASP-RCM Solutions is seeking an experienced Executive in Credit Balance to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and be responsible for handling credit balances, undistributed payments, and refund requests.
Your responsibilities will include conducting accurate reviews of payments, initiating refunds to insurance companies, and reconciling accounts based on insurance reimbursements. A basic understanding of PLB adjustment codes is preferred, and flexibility to work night shifts during the transition period is required.
