Job Description
We are seeking a Front Office Executive to join our team at Lakshmi Ceramics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a pleasant and inviting front desk atmosphere. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with attention to detail.
- Providing accurate answers to customer inquiries and addressing complaints.
- Handling all incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Receiving letters and packages, and distributing them accordingly.
- Gathering feedback from customers regarding our products and services.
