Job Description
Join Roamsoft Technologies as a Tamil Voice Process Executive. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil, assist customers with inquiries, and provide accurate information. Your ability to resolve customer complaints efficiently will ensure customer satisfaction and high service quality.
This position is full-time and welcomes freshers. The pay starts from ₹14,00.00 per month, and we offer several benefits, including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, provident fund, and the option to work from home.
Fluency in Tamil is preferred. The work location is in person.
