Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and confident Telecalling Associate to join our team at Banshi Professional and Management Services Pvt. Ltd. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, sharing our legal and professional services, and converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads and prospects.
- Explain our services clearly.
- Respond to client queries accurately.
- Regular follow-ups for lead conversion.
Requirements: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred), fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and basic English, 0-2 years in telecalling or customer service (freshers welcome).
