Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Alexa AI Device Associate to join our team at ADCI MAA 15 SEZ. The primary responsibility of this role is to execute test case instructions and report discrepancies regarding Amazon devices, applications, and services.
Responsibilities include executing test cases for software builds, accurately reporting bugs, conducting regression testing, and maintaining communication on failures. Familiarity with QA methodology and tools is essential. You will be expected to follow SOPs, meet established productivity and quality standards, and collaborate with peers and management to resolve issues.
