Job Description
Nextday Logistics India Private Limited is seeking a CRM Executive as the primary point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will ensure service satisfaction, handle queries and complaints, and nurture long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Manage client communications, resolve complaints, coordinate with operations teams, and maintain accurate records in CRM software. Candidates should have strong communication skills, an understanding of logistics operations, and proficiency in CRM tools.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 2-4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in logistics.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹9,680.35 – ₹24,657.99 per month | Work Location: In person.
