Job Description
Facelit Skin Clinic is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and client-focused Customer Relationship Executive to enhance our front desk operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will manage client communications, appointment scheduling, lead follow-ups, and serve as the primary contact point between clients and our clinic.
Key Responsibilities: Greet clients, manage appointment schedules, handle calls, respond to inquiries, generate leads, update databases, promote services, collect client feedback, and coordinate with teams.
Qualifications: Graduate/Diploma in any discipline with preferred experience in customer service. Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam are essential.
