Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Customer Service Representative (Grade-E0) at Kotak Mahindra. In this role, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and addressing client queries. You will also make outbound calls for collections, inform clients about pending EMIs, and pitch various products.
