Job Description
Join Mervice Infotech as a Chat Support Executive! We are seeking Customer Care Executives for both Voice and Non-Voice processes. This is a full-time position requiring 6 days of work with 1 rotational off day.
Minimum qualification is 12th pass, age between 18-33. Male candidates preferred for rotational shifts, females for day shifts. Good communication in Hindi and English is essential. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Salary ranges from ₹9,200 to ₹11,200 (in-hand), with a CTC of ₹13,300. Work location is Kolkata Salt Lake Sector 5 (work from office).
