Job Description
Job Summary: The Collection Executive is responsible for contacting customers to collect overdue payments and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers for outstanding payments.
- Maintain records of follow-ups.
- Negotiate payment plans.
Requirements: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree; 0-3 years in collections; strong interpersonal skills; a bike for fieldwork.
Job Type: Full-time; Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00/month.
