Job Description
Rosse Dale Suites & Hotel is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk. Key responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests, answering customer inquiries, handling complaints, managing incoming calls, and efficiently distributing letters and packages to relevant departments.
The role also involves gathering customer feedback regarding our products and services, helping us continually enhance their experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month

Requirements
