Job Description
JVW Technologies is urgently hiring for positions in the International Voice Process and Non-Voice Process (Voice, Chat, Non-Voice, Blended, Semi-Voice Process).
Location: Manyata Techpark, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls, gather and verify information, and resolve customer queries.
- Deliver effective solutions while exhibiting excellent judgment and empathy.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
Requirements:
- Minimum six months experience in an international voice process.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi preferred).
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary: ₹24,00.00 – ₹34,00.00 per month
