Job Description
KGiS is hiring for the position of International Chat/Email Support Agent. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years in a customer-facing role, preferably in chat and email support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with policy-related inquiries, claims, billing, and coverage details.
- Guide customers through self-service applications and troubleshoot login issues.
- Empathize with and provide support for future customers and current policyholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,00.00 per month

Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
