Job Description
BGC Trading LLP is seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to enhance our customer engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers, overseeing the sales team’s interactions, and resolving complaints efficiently. Your efforts will contribute to keeping customers informed about our latest products, generating sales leads, and providing outstanding online sales support.
Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma, excellent interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and a passion for customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position offering a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,00 to ₹20,00. Work will be conducted in-person.
