Job Description

In this role, you will ensure the timely and accurate production of complex documents, including report preparation. You’ll maintain an understanding of relevant insurance laws and foster strong customer relationships.
Your adherence to company policies and performance standards will contribute to achieving our Operations team’s Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
