We are looking for a dedicated Job Executive for Talent Acquisition & Client Acquisition (Work From Home – Female).
Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Make calls to clients to generate business.
- Source and shortlist candidates.
- Experience in using social media for sourcing.
- Maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Qualifications: 6 months to 5 years in recruitment consultancy.
Payment: Commission-based earnings of 15% to 20% on generated revenue.
