Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive to manage the billing and invoicing process for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and process invoices.
- Handle customer transactions including cash and digital payments.
- Maintain and update billing records.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales and accounts.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, 1-2 years experience preferred, proficiency in billing software, strong numerical skills, and excellent communication.
