Job Description
We are AZAD GROUP OF HOTELS, seeking a dedicated Male Customer Care Executive to join our team in Trivandrum.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Job Timing: 10 am to 7 pm
Experience: 2-3 years in the Food Industry Customer Care
Salary: ₹17,00 + food and accommodation with statutory benefits
Requirements: Any degree, proficiency in multiple languages (Malayalam, English, Hindi, and Tamil preferred), excellent communication skills, and experience in a call center environment.
Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining records of customer interactions.
