Job Description
RIK Industries Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor to lead our packing team. The successful candidate will supervise packing operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the packing team and allocate tasks effectively.
- Monitor packing processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Manage inventory of packing materials and coordinate with the warehouse.
- Track daily output and report on production metrics.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in a packing or warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
